Coordinated day-to-day operations, overseeing production assistants and runners, managing crew bookings, itineraries, and equipment logistics. Ensured smooth workflow across all departments, helping maintain schedules and supporting the broader production team to deliver a seamless and professional shoot in a high-profile international setting.
