OVERHEATED LIVE brings together climate activists, musicians and designers to discuss the climate crisis and their work to make a difference. On August 30th at Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace in London, various panels discussed the climate crisis and the work that is making a meaningful difference.

There were sessions on the impact of food systems, methods of sustainable fashion, eco-anxiety, the importance of activism and actions we can all take to mitigate climate change, along with an appearance by Billie Eilish.

The panels were made up of incredible environmental activists, indigenous leaders and inspirational talent including: Alice Aedy, Brother Spirit of Plum Village, Dominique Palmer, Liv Simpliciano, Maggie Baird, Samata Pattinson and Tori Tsui, and many more.

I supported the production, working closely with the team through pre-production, and on location assisting with crew coordination, technical setup, schedule management, and communication between livestream services and clients.

Ensured smooth execution of the live broadcast by liaising with technical teams, managing real‑time production needs, and troubleshooting challenges under pressure. Maintained clear and consistent communication with talent, organisers, and partners to support seamless delivery of both in‑person and digital audience experiences.
