ABBEY ROAD: MUSIC PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS, LONDON JULY 2023

Oversaw full production of the Abbey Road Music Photography Awards at the iconic Abbey Road in Studio 3, including a digital livestream onto Youtube. I managed all elements of the event, from crew bookings, call sheets and schedules, to equipment coordination and studio logistics. Acted as the primary point of contact for Abbey Road, talent, photographers and presenters. Worked closely with the broadcast services to deliver a high-quality livestream, coordinating camera setups, audio, and technical requirements.
Handled last-minute challenges and adjustments on the day, while maintaining the timing of the event. We ensured all production, post-production, and digital deliverables were completed efficiently, creating an engaging experience for both the live audience and online viewers.
